Assault in Haciendas Palo Verde
Chica, 15 months, 15 pounds, very loving and friendly dog.
Felix, 9 Years, 8 pounds, very friendly and especially kind with small children.
The following video shows the attack on 2 small dogs and the following assault on two adults 68 and 57 years old, by a known political right wing Trump supporter. Double click for full screen.
The video is a bit grainy and has no audio, so we fill in some missing pieces.
After the first first dog ran by the assailant, she turned around and screamed:
“You fucking Chica, I will get you”
She knew the name of the dog as she had attacked the dog before when the dog was on the leash and walked by the owner. Since that incident dog was always nervous with her around.
She runs out of the frame chasing Chica and kicking her. (out of frame).
After the dogs came back to the owner she kicked Felix twice and put herself up in a menacing position und screamed at the owner of the dogs:
“Hit me!, Hit me!” multiple times trying to provoke retaliation for the abuse of the animals.
The owner stayed calm and tried to calm her down as well.
Chica realizes the menacing approach and runs a close pass to detract the Assailant who immediately turns to attack chica, only to be pushed back by the arriving spouse in defense of her dogs and husband.
The assailant grabs a piece of clothing of the wife and starts hitting and kicking her violently. She does not even let go, when she is put in self defense to the ground.
She acted insane and continued her assault until 5 construction workers restrained her.
The construction workers retained and watched the assailant for a time after the victims left. The time the victims left is noted on the video as 8:17:24 AM.
The time on the video noted when the assailant followed the victims is 8:19:27 AM .
2 minutes later she started her pursuit of the victims. Shortly after the construction workers opened the street for her.
This is notable as the assailant in a public post alleged she had waited 10 minutes before she followed the victims.
She walked the distance of 314.5 meters to the next attack in about 2.5 minutes. This is the speed of a brisk power walk at 7.548 Km/h, assuming the assailant did not jogg in between.
In any case she followed the victims in rapid speed and once she is in earshot she shouts racists slurss like “Hitler”, “Nazis” and others.
The victims decided to go to the right side of the street to let her pass in fear to be attacked again from the back.
This happened next.
The assailant walked up to the victim and started to verbally and physically assault him. Several times attempting to rip his cellphone from his hands.
She appeared mentally deranged.
After several commands to “stop the violence” and “go away” she did not change her behavior. The victim put his phone in his pocket to protect it from getting ripped out of his hands and started to defend himself from the attack.
The assailant intensified her attack and tried to punch and kick the victim multiple times violently in the groin.
Not shown in this video, the victim dropped the assailant in self defense to the ground and restraint her. With the assailant on the ground the victim had to ask 3 times if the assailant is willing to stop, and when she finally said yes and was let go, she immediately continued her violent attack until she saw a neighbor on the street and ran to her claiming she was attacked.

“Let’s go Brandon” is a political meme of the right wing scene in the United States. This meme translates into “Fuck Biden” as shown on the hat.
This is an important factor in the assault. The attacker had prior to this physical attack verbally assaulted the victim motivated by different political views. The assault was also proceeded by abuse with racial slurs on multiple occasions as it is typical for a certain group in the political spectrum of the US.
The Administrator and board of the HOA collaborated intensely with the Assailant, after the assault.
This is the testimony of an eyewitness. He confirms the Lady above (with the “Fuck Biden” hat) was attacking the dogs then proceeded to attack the other Lady which is briefly shown in the video.
Unfortunately the rogue HOA board and the Administrator conflate the vicious assault with the illegality of the HOA management. It is part of their strategy of intimidation to get away with their illegal operation.
